A fresh breeze at EURO PLAZA 4

Vienna (3 May 2018) OTTO Immobilien recently procured three new tenants at EURO PLAZA 4 for Union Investment.

REWE International AG, Austria’s leading local supplier of food and drugstore items, will rent roughly 4,200 m², the international express service provider DHL roughly 1,200 m² and Albis Plastic Vertriebsgesellschaft m.b.H. roughly 350 m². In addition, biscuit producer Bahlsen GmbH & Co KG has been using 420 m² in the object since the summer of 2017. DHL Express (Austria) GmbH will also operate a service point and a Packstation, which is independent of opening hours.

Moreover, the lobby at EURO PLAZA 4 has been upgraded. In addition to the internal canteen and an office center, tenants can now enjoy the benefits of a staffed reception, free WIFI and a coffee corner. The courtyard is also being redesigned, making it even more appealing for the users of the building.
