1.1. Purpose and scope
Each time our website www.europlaza.at is loaded, our system automatically collects data and information from the loading computer system. The following data are collected automatically by means of log files: browser type and version used, operating system of the user, Internet service provider of the user, IP address, date and time of access; websites from which the system of the user gets to our Internet page; websites which are loaded by the user’s system via our website. Regarding the cookies generated by us via the website, please refer to our separate Cookie Policy.

We process your personal data in order to identify, prevent and investigate attacks on our website. The storing of the IP address by the system is necessary in order to enable a delivery of the website to the user’s computer. For this purpose, the user’s IP address must be stored for the duration of the session. In addition, data are stored in log files in order to ensure the functionality of the website and to optimize the website.

1.2. Legal basis
The temporary saving of specific data is required for the security of our IT systems and in order to offer you a user-friendly surfing experience, which is why our legitimate interest as defined by Art. 6 para. 1 point f GDPR forms the legal basis for processing.

The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storing of data in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. Therefore, the user has no right to object in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR.

1.3. Data recipients
For the operation and administration of the website we use IT service providers who, on our behalf and under our instructions, also may have access to your personal data in order to be able to provide the IT services ordered.

Your data will not be shared with other third parties for their own purposes without your consent.

1.4. Storage duration
The data relating to the visit to the website will be deleted or anonymized at the end of your visit. Further storage beyond this time is possible. However, in this case the IP addresses of the users are deleted or altered so that association with the visiting client is no longer possible.

As far as required by your enquiry or subscription, data may also be transferred to and processed by affiliated companies of Kapsch Immobilien GmbH or Strauss Immobilien Treuhand GmbH or external service providers which process the data on our behalf (processors).

2.3. Legal basis
The processing of data for the purpose of establishing contact with us is based on Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 point a GDPR on the basis of your voluntary consent.

2.4. Storage duration
We delete the data collected in this context when their storage is no longer required to answer your enquiry.

3. Subscription to Newsflash

3.1. Purpose and scope
You can subscribe to our Newsflash in order to receive information on current topics, services, events as well as other information material.

In addition to your e-mail address, your title, first name, last name and company are also required for sending the Newsflash. Although the indication of certain information is partially mandatory in order to enable us to process your enquiry or registration, we have limited questions regarding personal information to a minimum.

If you subscribe to the Newsflash, the data you have entered in the corresponding form will be stored for the purpose of direct advertising and, if necessary, linked with other data we have stored about you.

3.2. Data recipients
As far as required by your enquiry or subscription, data may also be transferred to and processed by affiliated companies of Kapsch Immobilien GmbH or Strauss Immobilien Treuhand GmbH or external service providers which process the data on our behalf (processors).

3.3. Legal basis
The legal basis for the aforementioned data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 point a GDPR or, if no consent has been given in the individual case, Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 point f GDPR.

3.4. Storage duration
The data arising in this context are stored until the revocation of consent.

4. Use of service providers, sharing data
For the support and administration of our website, we use selected external service providers (esp. providers of marketing tools, marketing agencies, IT service providers and IT maintenance services, providers of other tools and software solutions and other providers of similar services). The service providers process your data exclusively on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions in compliance with these data protection provisions and the applicable laws.

  • In case that pursuant Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 point c GDPR there is a legal obligation for sharing your data;
  • Sharing your data is legally permitted and pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 point b GDPR is necessary for the performance of a contract with you.
